Our vision is to build a website that actively promotes the amazing work of local non-profits in our community and the work they are doing. We think this is a powerful way to increase the support to local charities, and to continue to affect those in need within our community. Community Impact.
We search for local charities in the area that we think are bringing positive change to our community. We then work to connect local businesses and people to these charities. Being funded by sponsors, allows us to forward 100% of all donations directly to charities. Learn More.
Each week we do a quick video that is syndicated online to highlight the businesses and people that are supporting these great causes. This offers a great way for businesses to transparently show how they are helping make a positive affect in their own communities. Get on Board.
The mission of HFBW is rooted in the spirit of the Christian Beatitude "Blessed are the Merciful for they shall obtain Mercy". The core activities of living a merciful life are feeding the hungry, giving drink to the thirsty, clothing the naked, and giving shelter to the homeless. We invite people of all persuasions and faiths to join us in being a vessel of mercy to the world.
